Accessing interactive environments with the EO Data Hub

The Application Hub is the main entry point for accessing interactive environments on the NOSTRADAMUS EO Data Hub.

Through the Application Hub, users can select or request access to available environments such as notebooks, QGIS and other tools prepared for project activities.

NOSTRADAMUS Application Hub

When an environment is launched, the corresponding workspace session is opened through the workspace runtime.

What you can do

Application environments can be used to:

  • run notebooks close to the data;
  • analyse EO and agricultural datasets;
  • use QGIS for visual inspection and mapping;
  • access shared project resources;
  • test workflows and examples;
  • prepare inputs for digital applications;
  • validate outputs from NOSTRADAMUS use cases;
  • work with Data Hub APIs such as STAC and visualisation services.

Why use the Application Hub?

The Application Hub helps users access prepared environments without needing to install all tools locally.

This is especially useful when working with large EO datasets, shared project data, notebooks, geospatial libraries and reproducible workflows.

More guidance will be added here as environments become available.
